Facilities Coordinator

Facilities Coordinator Location: Houston TX Responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of organization's facilities across multiple locations to ensure the safety, functionality, efficiency, and sustainability of its physical environments (e.g., buildings, grounds, infrastructures, real estate) to enable it to achieve its goals seamlessly and without disruption. Responsible for maintaining a maintenance and project checklist/schedule for preventive maintenance and ongoing improvements and compliance with schedules and deadlines. This includes oversight of building renovations, grounds/building maintenance, obtaining contract bids, and overall efficient use of facilities. Responsible for the daily maintenance, repairs, installation and construction of the organization's facilities. This includes, but is not limited to, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, structural, roof, paint, elevator, appliances, janitorial, landscaping and utilities usage. Manages repairs and renovation/construction costs to established budgets.
