The Mail Processor is responsible for efficiently handling and processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages within the organization. This role ensures that all mail is accurately sorted, delivered to the correct departments or individuals, and prepared for dispatch in a timely manner. The Mail Processor plays a key role in maintaining an organized mailroom, supporting smooth communication across the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages to the correct recipients.
Preparing and organizing outgoing mail, including business correspondence, documents, and packages.
Ensuring compliance with company policies regarding mail handling and distribution.
Prepare and coordinate mass printings and mailings in accordance with Cornerstone's established policies and procedures. Including Annual 1099's
Operate mail processing and folding equipment
Daily trips to the post office to drop off mailings on behalf of the Company
Handling special delivery services and ensuring secure mailing processes for sensitive items.
Operates a personal computer to access e-mail, electronic calendars, and other basic office support software
Performs other duties, as assigned
Special Mailings: Utilize the USPS website for processing special mailings.

Ensure all relevant documents are scanned, emailed, and saved for inclusion in the end-of-month report.
Batch Prints: Retrieve batch prints from the Operations computer and add the necessary details to the report.
End-of-Month Operations Report
Check Depositing: Coordinate with the Accountant to ensure checks are deposited when they are not in the office.
Serve as backup for daily check printing in ISI and Smart Payables when needed.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
1. A minimum of two (2) years of administrative or other related experience required
2. Excellent customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word
4. The ability to work as a member of a team and follow instructions and procedures
