Snavely Associates, an independent investment advisory firm, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to support our advisors and keep daily operations running smoothly. What You'll Do
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure an efficient workflow
- Provide high-level administrative support to two financial advisors
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, document preparation, and client communication
- Respond to client calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain client records, databases, and compliance documentation
- Assist with bookkeeping, banking transactions, and financial report preparation
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and client-ready materials
- Send client cards for birthdays, anniversaries, thank-yous, etc.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve office efficiency
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or a related industry
- Background as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations Support professional
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
- Excellent organization, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently while supporting a small, collaborative team
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience
