JOB PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Foster strong customer relationships following the completion of sales to support long-term loyalty.
- Drive repeat business by proactively connecting customers with Parts, Service, and other applicable business lines.
- Manage customer appreciation initiatives, including ordering and distributing gifts.
- Plan and coordinate customer appreciation events, open houses, and other engagement activities.
- Monitor and manage online customer reviews, including Google and social media platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Provide general marketing support, assisting with campaigns, communications, and promotional activities as needed.
