POSITION SUMMARY:

Floor Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining Cornerstone Team performance accordingly, also making sure Houseman maintains working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner. Also coordinating daily housekeeping operations and maintaining the housekeeping operating standards.

Positions is also responsible Making sure Room attendants are delivering an excellent Guest satisfaction on time-to-time basis Also Required to do hot inspection and walk the floors on daily basis

FLOOR SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for smooth operation of the floor assigned. (Housekeepers, Houseman, Supervisors)
• Responsible for the performance of the houseman.
• Inspect 2 Rooms per Room Attendants
• Making sure the carts are clean and organized
• Daily allocation of deep cleaning tasks to team members.
• Ensures that the entire operation is performed as per the brand standards.
• Coordinate Special guest requests, including VIP amenities and communicating them to the relevant team members
• Routine inspection of guest bedrooms to ensure they meet standards.
• Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Carry out lost and found procedures. (Making sure they understand the importance of lost and found)
• Represent the needs of the team to others in the hotel.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation. (Making sure the staff understand the importance of these Rules
• Assist with Training of new Hires to make sure they get trained up to standards
• Managing organization of Carts at the end of shift
• Managing and assisting the Hotel housekeeping staff in maintaining brand standards
• Guiding, Directing, and Motivating Cornerstone Housekeepers -- Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance. And retention
• Communicating with Hotel Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates -- Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
• Managing schedules based on Hotel demand.
• Calling Cornerstone Operations Director when no shows occur or any Issues

Preferred Qualifications for Housekeeping Supervisor

• At least 1 year of related work experience
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience

Requirements for Housekeeping Supervisor:

• Available to work as scheduled including weekends

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr - WEEKLY PAY

Shift requires days and weekends
