Summary We are seeking a passionate front desk manager to join our team! As the front desk manager, you will oversee the operations of the front desk, manage staff and ensure that guests are greeted with exceptional hospitality! You'll manage reservations, handle guest inquiries, and ensure that all our guests have a wonderful experience.

Schedule:

  • Shifts: 4:00 PM- 12:00 AM, 11:00 PM- 7:00 AM, and 12:00 AM- 8:00 AM
  • Availability: Must be available to work both shifts on varying days, including weekends

Experience Required:

  • Qualified candidates MUST have Hilton Brand and Hilton PMS experience
  • At least 1 year of Hilton OnQ experience
  • At least 1 year of hotel experience
  • At least 1 year of front desk experience

What you'll do:

  • Staff management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise front desk personnel to ensure proper coverage and high- quality service.
  • Guest services: Oversee all guest interactions, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
  • Problem resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for guest, responding to inquiries, complaints, and resolving conflicts.
  • Administrative tasks: Manage the front desk budget, maintain supply levels, keep accurate records of guest transactions, and compile reports for upper management.
  • Operations: Ensure that the front desk operates smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with hotel polices.

The essentials:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Proficient in reservation systems and other commonly used software programs. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in hospitality or related field preferred.0-3 Years of
