🚨 We're Hiring: Mortgage Sales Assistant 🚨
The Community Lending Division at Cornerstone Home Lending is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Mortgage Sales Assistant / Loan Officer Assistant to join our team and work directly with me.
If you have mortgage experience and enjoy helping borrowers from application to pre-approval, we'd love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting with mortgage applications
• Following up with borrowers and scheduling Loan Officer appointments
• Collecting and reviewing income, asset, and credit documentation
• Preparing initial disclosures, redisclosures, and coordinating rate locks
• Working with underwriting to calculate income accurately
• Managing borrower credit game plans
• Assisting with Down Payment Assistance (DPA) grants and loan programs
• Maintaining an organized loan pipeline and providing excellent customer service
Qualifications:
✔ 2 years of mortgage industry experience preferred
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
✔ Experience with disclosures, rate locks, and DPA programs is a plus
