Cornerstone Healing Center is seeking passionate therapists to join our growing team providing substance use and mental health treatment. We are looking for clinicians who want more than a caseload. We want people who genuinely care about helping clients rebuild their lives.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• 21 years or older;
• 2 Years of recovery experience, if self-disclosed in recovery.
• Master’s Degree and Licensed in AZ in a field related to Behavioral Health, this includes: LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LAC, LMFT, LAMFT, or
• Bachelor’s Degree in a non-related field and at least one year of full-time Behavioral Health work experience, or
• Have an Associate’s Degree and at least two years of full-time Behavioral Health work experience, qualifying as a BHT.
• Experience in behavioral health and / or substance use treatment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
• Passion for helping individuals heal and grow
• Adhere to the Cornerstone Healing Center code of ethics

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members
• Support clients with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders
