Duties

• Lead project planning sessions, develop detailed schedules using project management tools and construction scheduling software to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee all phases of construction projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, procurement, and contract management.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Monitor construction site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and work progresses according to plan.
• Utilize tools for accurate cost forecasting and budget control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress reports with precision.
• Implement project management best practices using software like ProCore for seamless communication, document control, and collaboration among stakeholders.
• Conduct regular progress check-ups to verify quality standards are met and resolve any issues promptly through effective project coordination.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes while maintaining a focus on efficiency and quality.

Experience

• Proven experience managing construction projects across residential, commercial, civil, or infrastructure sectors with a strong track record of successful delivery.
• Knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam, as well as other productivity software such as Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with project scheduling techniques and tools to develop realistic timelines that optimize resources.
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, contracts administration, and construction site safety procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams effectively.
• Prior work experience in construction estimating combined with project management expertise is highly desirable, with college experience in a related field included.
• Excellent time management skills coupled with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in fast-paced environments.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
