Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Workers to provide support and supervision to individuals in their Adult Family Homes. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals by delivering personalized care, ensuring safety, and promoting independence. Duties
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor clients general health
- Administer medications
- Support patients with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Provide emotional support to promote mental well-being
- Maintain documentation of care provided and communicate effectively with others
- Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Skills
- Prior experience with adults with disabilities is helpful but not a requirement
