The organization provides scholarships for over 100 inner-city preschool children at the Rosa Valdez Learning Center and serves over 5,000,000 nutritious meals annually to more than 18,000 children in over 150 childcare centers across the Tampa Bay region. Additionally, Cornerstone oversees a community garden and the Garden Movement Program, which promotes the establishment of gardens in childcare centers and churches in underserved areas.
This is a part-time, on-site Development Assistant role located in Tampa, FL. The Development Assistant will support daily administrative tasks, assist with donor and community outreach, contribute to project management, and conduct research to support fundraising efforts and programs. Responsibilities include maintaining the donor database, preparing materials for events, coordinating communications, and assisting in various development projects to further the organization's mission.
