Construction Foreman
We are a growing construction company looking for an experienced and motivated Construction Foreman to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, can lead a crew effectively, and has hands-on experience in equipment operation and concrete finishing/forming.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily job site operations
- Lead and coordinate crew members to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
- Operate heavy equipment as needed
- Perform and supervise concrete work, including finishing
- Read and interpret plans and specifications
- Maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met
- Enforce safety standards and company policies on-site
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar leadership role
- Strong background in operating equipment and finishing concrete
- Ability to run a job site independently
- Valid driver’s license required
- CDL is a plus
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
