With over 30 years in business in the Aspen area, we are looking for a PROPERTY MANAGER (Client Services Manager) to join our team!

Job Summary
This client-facing role is responsible for maintaining high standards across client homes, coordinating daily Crew Member activities, completing property checks, supporting seasonal and operational tasks, supervising vendors, and responding professionally to the needs of each client while supporting a team of (up to) four.
· Primary responsibility is to manage client workload and lead Crew Members in completing daily tasks
· Outline, oversee, and check accuracy of Crew Members’ daily work.
· Perform arrival and departure preparations according to each home checklist.
· Understand essential home systems and functionality and communicate needs or issues promptly.
· Complete seasonal and physical tasks, including snow removal, gutter cleaning, hardscape cleaning/sealing, and other needs that may arise.
· Move household items to/from home or storage unit using trucks, trailers, with proper tie-down methods.
· Discard materials from homes to landfill when required.
· Drive vehicles to and from the airport or service facilities as needed.
· Meet, coordinate, and supervise vendors as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Residential property management experience required, or similar relevant experience.
· Ability to manage and provide clear instructions to Crew Members.
· Strong teamwork, communication, organization, professionalism, technical, and leadership skills.
· Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding client information, residence, and personal matters.
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Clean driving record required.
· Ability to lift, carry, load, and move items up to 50 lbs.
· Comfortable working on ladders and performing physical labor tasks.
Job Type, Schedule & Location
· Job Type: Full-time
· Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm (weekends and after-hours based on business demands)
· Work Location: Aspen, CO; in-person required
