- Responsible for assisting in the acquisition of ROW for linear and site-specific acquisition projects including agency and municipal permitting.
- Request, support preparation of, obtain, and document survey permission from owners and tenants;

- Prepare and file permit applications required by affected agencies, municipalities, and government entities.
- Assist in establishing the project route, estimation of ROW costs for the selected route and alternates and

Minimum Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Proficient in preparing and managing reports, spreadsheets, and related materials using Microsoft Excel, Word, and similar software programs.
- Must have a strong customer focus to ensure project meets operational requirements.
- The ability to read, interpret, and comprehend engineering drawings and legal documents, including ground leases, easements, deeds, land purchase agreements, and permitting requirements.
- The ability to maintain a flexible schedule and accommodate occasional non-standard work hours to align with landowner and agency availability, while maintaining a standard work week.
- The ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers, clients, and other external contacts.
- Minimum four to six years of acquisition and negotiation experience, with preference for backgrounds in transmission easement acquisition (oil, gas, and electric) or adjacent real estate fields.
