What You’ll Do
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, caulking, and priming to ensure a quality finish.
- Apply paint, stain, and other coatings according to manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
- Inspect completed work, correct deficiencies, and ensure a clean, professional finished product.
- Protect customer property, maintain a clean and organized work area, and properly care for painting tools and equipment.
- Work efficiently with the crew to meet production schedules while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Previous experience in residential or commercial painting is required.
- Experience with interior and exterior painting is preferred.
- Knowledge of proper surface preparation and paint application techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced construction environment.
