Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through daily updates and routine cycle counts
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products
- Track and document inventory movements, adjustments, and transfers
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute inventory reports for supervisors and management
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure stock availability
- Label, organize, and store inventory according to company procedures
- Assist with annual physical inventory and reconciliation
- Operate inventory management software or ERP systems
- Follow all safety, quality, and compliance standards
