As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a positive patient experience while supporting the daily operations of our office.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $17–$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients with professionalism and compassion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients in person and over the phone
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Collect patient payments and assist with billing processes
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with insurance claims
- Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Support overall patient care coordination and administrative operations
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent computer and telephone skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
- Prior dental or medical office experience preferred
- Recent graduates are not being considered for this position
