Cornerstone Coordinated Health Care is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with psychiatric training or experience to join our established behavioral health team. We are an independent Rural Health Clinic providing integrated psychiatry, primary care, counseling, and medication-assisted treatment to an underserved population in Pennsylvania's coal region. The position includes outpatient psychiatric evaluation, medication management, treatment planning, and collaboration with our medical and behavioral health providers. We are looking for someone who wants to become part of an established practice while helping us continue to expand access to psychiatric care in rural Pennsylvania.
