Our Opportunity:
The Systems Administrator position implements and maintains the Windows servers and Windows Desktop infrastructure, as well as selected applications including, but not limited to Office 365, Jack Henry, and Adobe products. Responsible for configuring and maintaining the server and desktop hardware and software. Provides hardware and software technical support to end users in a LAN/WAN environment. Troubleshoots and resolves system problems and assists with project management research, implementation and system administrative duties
What You'll Do in This Role:
- Installs, configures, maintains, supports, monitors, tests and troubleshoots PCs, servers, and all other computer related systems, devices, and equipment pertaining to the Local Area Network (LAN) in a Windows environment. Uses management tools and remote technologies to deploy, monitor and debug desktop applications through-out the company's Wide Area Network (WAN).
- Provides first and second level end user support for software applications, hardware and peripheral devices by working with the Help Desk to resolve Desktop issues. Provides consultation and training on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of computer systems, wireless devices, peripherals, telecommunication systems and security system. Provides exceptional support while demonstrating excellent prioritization skills.
- Recommends and schedules hardware repairs. Implements and maintains desktop hardware and software using a variety of techniques. Is responsible for keeping microcode and software levels current by working with the vendors to understand what is available and migrating applicable changes into production in a controlled, secure manner.
- Oversees security, user administration and maintains user accounts on networks and applications. Makes certain proper permissions are established within applications and in the network operating systems. Sets-up users for appropriate access into the network servers and various CU systems. Maintains end- point security using various anomaly detection methods, patch management, and other tools.
- Responsible for following change/project management procedures for all revisions/updates made to system components in a manner that allows for notification to affected parties and allows for recovery from the change in the event reverting back is necessary.
- Supports Symitar patch updates and assists with release / version updates. Stays up to date on recent enhancements to the Symitar Software including researching ways to improve and customize the system. Works with vendors who connect with Symitar maintaining 3rd party interfaces to ensure positive outcomes.
- Assists with IP telephony phone configuration, deployment, and administration.
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
What You'll Bring To CCF:
- Two to five years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
- A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school.
- A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required.
- In-depth dialogue, conversations and explanations with team members and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature.
- Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Perform moderately complex computer operations tasks with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work after hours (upgrades, conversions, installations, and emergencies). 24/7 on call is required.
- Ability to be bonded.

Work Location: This position is based in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Hybrid working arrangements are available following 4-6 months of successful employment.
