What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Perform residential cleaning: dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, sanitize bathrooms/kitchens
- Make beds, tidy, and leave homes sparkling
- Follow checklists to maintain high-quality standards
- Provide friendly, professional service to clients
- Arrive on time and manage your day efficiently
- Travel between homes (mileage reimbursed)
- Use company supplies and wear a clean, professional uniform
- Work independently or with a team as needed
What You Bring to the Team:
- 2 years professional house cleaning experience
- Reliable car & valid driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Live within 30 minutes of Fallston, MD
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and service-minded
