Role Description The Scheduling Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Montgomery, AL. This position is responsible for creating, managing, and adjusting caregiver schedules to align with client care plans and staffing levels. Typical day-to-day tasks include coordinating shift coverage, monitoring schedule changes, addressing last-minute staffing needs, and communicating updates promptly to caregivers, clients, and internal team members. The Scheduling Manager collaborates closely with care coordinators and leadership to ensure continuity of care, minimize service disruptions, and support a positive experience for both clients and staff. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, using scheduling software, and identifying opportunities to improve scheduling processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Scheduling and Production Planning skills to effectively manage caregiver assignments and client service needs.
- Candidates should possess solid Planning and Analytical Skills to forecast staffing requirements, anticipate issues, and optimize schedule coverage.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to coordinate with caregivers, clients, and internal teams.
- Experience with scheduling or workforce management software and proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) is beneficial.
