Responsibilities
As an Overnight Caregiver, you will provide attentive, compassionate, non-medical care while helping clients remain safe and comfortable during the night.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with overnight toileting and personal care
- Medication reminders as directed
- Monitoring client safety and well-being throughout the night
- Assisting with repositioning and mobility
- Responding to client needs promptly
- Preparing light snacks or beverages if needed
- Light housekeeping related to the client's care
- Providing companionship and reassurance
- Reporting any changes in the client's condition to the office
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Compassionate and dependable with a heart for serving others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel locally
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
