place, we are expanding our presence across the country and are seeking out an elite leader to
spearhead the growth of this branch.
Responsibilities:
As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and
ongoing corporate training and support.
- Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone
as the preferred in-home care provider. - Referral building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals,
hospices, senior living, etc.). - Staffing and Scheduling: Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all
shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients,
caregivers and partners. - In-home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure
client satisfaction. - Financial Management: Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss
statements. - Cultivating Culture: Creating the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own
standard through incentivizing, motivating, setting the tone of your team morale.
Preferred Qualifications:
● A proven leader with previous experience managing a team
