Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Caregiver role based in Duluth, MN. The Caregiver will assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. Responsibilities include preparing meals, supporting safe eating, performing light housekeeping, and assisting with errands or transportation as needed. The Caregiver will provide companionship, engage clients in conversation and activities, and help monitor changes in health or behavior, reporting concerns to supervisors or family members. The role also involves following individualized care plans, respecting client preferences, and maintaining accurate documentation of services provided.
Qualifications
- Ability to provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
- Skills in offering companionship, emotional support, and engaging clients in meaningful activities.
- Capability to perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and basic home safety tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, families, and care teams.
- Reliability in following care plans, documenting services, and observing and reporting changes in client condition.

- Ability to work on-site in Duluth, MN, with dependable transportation to and from client homes.
