Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Caregiver role located in Boulder, CO. The Caregiver will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, and mobility support. Responsibilities also include providing companionship to enhance the emotional well-being of clients, reporting any changes in health or behavior to supervisors, and following care plans to ensure the safety and comfort of clients.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
- Experience with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Basic cooking skills and ability to perform light housekeeping tasks
- Understanding of safety protocols and the ability to assist with mobility
- Attention to detail for monitoring changes in clients' health and properly documenting updates
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions efficiently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Previous caregiving experience (professional or personal), CNA certification is a plus
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
