Assessment RN

PRN position. Assessments will take place in Vance, Granville, Warren and northern Franklin Counties.

Pay: $45/hour $.725/mile

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform client intake assessments
• Sign-off on client care plans for VA department (if applicable)
• Assign client care plans
• Assist with caregiver training and orientations
• other duties
