We are seeking an experienced Growth Manager with strong time management, organization, a good work ethic, and flexibility to support our Team Members, delivering outstanding service. This professional will partner with our Regional and National Management to assist our Hiring Managers through the talent selection process and will bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a Servant Heart to our team.
* Build relationships with loan officers, branch leaders, and industry partners across the Pacific Northwest.
* Recruit top mortgage talent through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events.
* Grow our brand by representing the company in the communities and markets we serve.
* Create new opportunities by building long-term relationships with mortgage professionals across the Pacific Northwest.
* Build a strong recruiting pipeline and track results to help grow the PNW region.
* Partner with regional and executive leadership to execute strategic growth initiatives across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska.
* Build and maintain a consistent recruiting rhythm that creates a strong pipeline of prospective loan officers, branch leaders, and market leaders.
* Identify, recruit, and attract top mortgage talent through networking, referrals, social media, cold outreach, CRM campaigns, and industry events.
* Develop trusted, long-term relationships with candidates, referral partners, and industry professionals to strengthen the company's presence throughout the Pacific Northwest.
* Elevate the company's brand by representing the organization at industry events, association meetings, recruiting functions, and community engagements.
* Partner with Marketing and regional leadership to support recruiting campaigns, market awareness, and growth initiatives.
* Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by guiding prospects through the recruiting process and partnering with hiring leaders throughout the hiring journey.
* Collaborate with HR, Operations, IT, Compliance, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and integration experience for new hires.
* Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes while identifying opportunities to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness.
* Serve as a visible ambassador for the company by modeling our culture, values, and people-first approach.
