- The Sr Specialist, Paid Search will execute and optimize paid search campaigns across our portfolio of brands. You will play a key role in day-to-day account management, campaign reporting, and budget stewardship
- You will report to the Senior Manager, Paid Search
- This role is hybrid
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on Google, Bing, and other platforms to achieve performance targets.
- Oversee daily account operations, including keyword management, ad copy testing, and bid strategies.
- Monitor budgets, track spend, and ensure campaigns stay within financial parameters.
- Prepare and deliver campaign performance reports, providing actionable insights to the Senior Manager, Paid Search.
- Collaborate with analytics, creative, and brand teams to support campaign innovation and effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
- 3 years’ experience in paid search account management, preferably in retail/e-commerce. Agency experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to deliver results with speed and accuracy.
