What You’ll Do
Cornerstone Bank is looking for an IT Help Desk to join our professional team. This position may be located at any Cornerstone Bank location. This individual is responsible for supporting internal team members with daily computer activities and issues. Job responsibilities include answering Help Desk calls, working on tickets, and assisting team members when they run into issues. Travel as needed is required.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication
- Ability and willingness to learn new applications and processes, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
Background & Experience
Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Technology or related field and 2 years of customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
