What You’ll Do
Cornerstone Bank is looking for an Internal Audit Manager to join our professional team. This position is responsible for leading and overseeing the bank's Audit program, which includes both internal and external auditing of the bank's policies and procedures, internal and external controls and practices to ensure the bank is operated in a safe and sound manner. This role reports into the Board of Director's Audit & Risk Committee Chairperson for independence.

- Demonstrates strong leadership and management skills by holding teams accountable for results, fostering a culture of discipline, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals as outlined in the Traction framework
- Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Develop, evaluate, recommend and implement processes and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Background & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, or a related field and 10 years of operations experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
