What You’ll Do
Cornerstone Bank is looking for a Business Banker to join our professional team in Bismarck. This candidate will use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about banking options and is responsible for soliciting and/or developing and maintaining profitable account relationships with business customers. This position is also responsible for the overall success and growth for assigned sales territory.
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze procedures, legal documents, and financial reports with the highest degree of complexity
- Ability to write reports, procedural guidelines, and other correspondence which is often of sensitive nature
- Ability to effectively present complex information and respond to questions from Managers, Employees, and/or Customers
Background & Experience
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting and 8 years of banking experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
