What You’ll Do Clean and detail both the interior and exterior of vehicles on our lot and for customer deliveries Ensure every vehicle meets the highest presentation standards before it reaches our customers Work closely with a supportive team to keep operations efficient and vehicles looking their absolute best Spot and correct the smallest imperfections so every client experiences true Cadillac quality Why Cadillac of South San Francisco? $21.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience, with bonus opportunities Potential to advance into other roles across our dealership group Medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, and more Consistent hours with some flexibility for evenings and weekends Work under approachable managers who invest in your success What We’re Looking For Prior detailing experience is preferred, but not required — we’ll train the right person Strong work ethic, speed, and sharp attention to detail Ability to work in a variety of conditions with determination Able to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 20 pounds Valid driver’s license If you have grit, pride in your work, and a desire to grow within a luxury automotive environment, we’d love to meet you.
