About the Role
The Senior Electrical Engineer designs the electrical systems that support automation systems. the, development and integration of complex control systems. Candidates will have strong experience in industrial machinery design. He/she provides technical leadership across multiple projects, mentors junior engineers and advanced control solutions meet safety and reliability. This is an excellent opportunity for career progression.
Responsibilities
- Electrical Design for industrial automation systems, development of electrical schematics, panel layouts and wiring diagrams from scratch. ULA, NFPA70 (NEC) experience.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor other engineers.
- Machine safety design including safety relays, safety PLCs, safety scanner and interlock systems.
- Ensure advanced control solutions meet safety and reliability.
Qualifications/Preferred Skills
- 5 years experience in industrial machinery design.
- Warehouse Automation and conveyor system experience.
- Dower distribution, SCCR calculations, thermal calculations and enclosure design.
- MDR/MRD conveyor power and control systems.
Required Skills
- Technical leadership.
- Mentoring capabilities.
- Expertise in control systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with advanced control solutions.
