Service Advisor

Primary duties will consist of but not limited to:

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information

• Answer incoming service calls regarding work in progress and customer concerns; return customer calls promptly when unavailable to answer

• Maintain the highest degree of customer satisfaction standards and handles customer complaints with integrity

• Notify technicians of incoming work

• Explains the work performed and the repair order charges to the customer

• Establishes promised time, checks on progress and contacts the customer regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time

• Reviews service history; goes over past, present and future factory recommended maintenance requirements

• Maintain a professional appearance

Education and/or Experience:

• Customer service experience

• Automotive knowledge

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current, valid Drivers License with driving record that meets insurance company standards

• Willing to submit and the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written

• Good working relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional service

• Earn and maintain on-going industry and factory related training requirements

• Detail-oriented, professional appearance and strong work ethic

• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
