Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located in Ogunquit, ME. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining quality standards. Duties include supervising staff, handling customer inquiries, coordinating with the kitchen to ensure seamless service, managing inventory, and assisting in hiring and training new employees. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will also help in upholding food and beverage quality and service standards.
