The Client Relationship Specialist will use their knowledge of life insurance and client service experience to follow our processes and procedures and prepare client deliverables to provide best-in-class service to our ultra-high-net-worth clients. Main responsibilities include completing life insurance portfolio reviews and executing projects/tasks that will keep the client’s portfolio aligned with their custom-designed planning.
This person must have an exceptional level of attention to detail, can change work focus quickly while maintaining accuracy, and independently organize work while staying on track with priorities. Interacting and communicating in a professional manner successfully and effectively with clients, advisors, and producers to coordinate and implement intermediate to complex plan designs while keeping information and data confidential are critical given the nature of the position and work.
Compensation: $35,000 - $55,000 yearly

- Education and Experience:

- JOB CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT:
- Normal in-office environment. This is not a remote position, although there may be the opportunity to work remotely on occasion as determined by senior management.
- Extensive PC work with repetitive motions of the hands and wrists and prolonged sitting.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide a high level of quality client service.
- Manage multiple tasks accurately and completely while documenting and maintaining deadlines.
- Complete Tickler Reports and related communications by a specific date each month.
- Set up and maintain Split Dollar policies.
- Prepare initial letters as needed.
- Prepare Split Dollar Agreements, Split Dollar Spreadsheets, gifting charts, and other documentation if applicable to the client.
- Research and evaluate requests from clients and shareholders. Understand and perform research at various complexity levels for existing policies regarding requests (such as loan availability, form retrieval, change of VUL allocation, o/b forms).
- Perform necessary changes, maintain, and organize internal client files and systems to support requests, obtain and process forms, handle follow-up from carriers and/or clients, and complete other necessary tasks within satisfactory time frames.
- Produce and analyze In-force Client Reviews.
- Run and analyze in-force illustrations within predetermined timelines.
- Collect client data and analyze current and recommend changes to support the estate planning and insurance program.
- Communicate to clients, shareholders, and advisors research findings, changes, requests, other information and data requested and as appropriate.
- Process and analyze the variable reports annually on policy anniversary.
- Update Excel spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy with appropriate information using annual reports.
- Process yearly cash value reporting for corporate and individual policies as requested from clients or appearing on the monthly Tickler Report.
- Maintain awareness of workflow in the department.
- Provide support for other members of CRT as necessary.
