Responsibilities
- Check pool badges for all individuals entering the pool area
- Ensure only authorized guests are permitted entry
- Remain stationed at the pool entrance during assigned hours
- Be polite and professional when interacting with residents and guests
- Notify management of any issues or concerns (lost badges, questions, etc.)
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods
- Able to interact respectfully with adults and peers
- No prior experience required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain seated or standing outdoors during scheduled shifts
- Ability to focus on a repetitive, simple task
Additional Information
- No lifeguard certification required
- No cleaning, maintenance, or pool supervision duties
- Training will be provided
