We are family-owned and searching for a dynamic person to be a FT Dishwasher, that is proficient in a high volume environment.

About Corner Kitchen: The Corner Kitchen is located in a 125 year old Richard Sharpe Smith Victorian House. Known as “Asheville’s most surprising restaurant”, we handcraft our food using as much local and seasonal produce and proteins as possible. We touch on many of the cuisines found throughout this country. Open 7 days a week for Brunch from 9:30am - 2:30pm and for dinner from 5pm-9pm. Located at 3 Boston Way, 28803.

Rate: $22/hour

Schedule: 4 x 10 hour shifts = Fulltime hours
Hours: 8am - 4pm is the AM shift or 2pm-11pm is the PM shift.

We are in need of someone who can flex between the 2.

Principal Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Washing and sorting dishes
• Prep projects during the shift
• Prep food
• Take out trash for station
• Responsible for cleanliness of back area
• Organization of smallware's
• Washing and restocking all glassware
