Duties

- Oversee daily store operations such as inventory management, merchandising, stock replenishment, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage sales processes by setting targets, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions, facilitate ongoing training & development programs, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Oversee payroll processing, cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems management, and bookkeeping tasks to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Coordinate purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, inventory control measures, and stock management to optimize store performance.
Skills
- Proven management experience within the retail industry with strong supervisory skills.
- Excellent negotiation abilities coupled with effective managerial communication techniques.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding new employees, and managing shift schedules.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic math for sales calculations and cash handling.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of retail math concepts such as pricing strategies, sales management metrics, budgeting, and operational management.
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with phone etiquette and professional appearance standards.
- Experience in training & development initiatives aimed at enhancing team performance and store operations.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities including merchandising, stocking, inventory control, and store maintenance effectively.
