- Increased Starting Wage up to $22/hr PLUS $1.50 shift differential. Starting pay is based upon experience.
- Hours from 6:00-6:00
- 2,2,3 Schedule - 3 days 1 week, 4 the other - That's only 7 days in 2 weeks!

Requirements:
- Be at least 18 yrs. of age
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Be Reliable and Show Up On-Time
- Ability to lift and manipulate 40 lbs. regularly and stand on feet for 12 hr. shifts.
- Ability to work in an environment with temperature fluctuation (hot/cold), noise, dust, and uneven walking surfaces.
- Ability to handle intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, bending, climbing and lifting material or equipment (some of which may be heavy or awkward).
- Understanding of the importance of safety, team work, communication, and good attendance
- Previous manufacturing or farming experience a plus
- Previous forklift or mobile equipment a plus
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, work safely, be mechanically inclined, reliable attendance, a team player with a willingness to learn and be trained.
