We are seeking a high-performing, polished, relationship-driven sales professional to step into a leadership role within our company as Vice President of Sales.
This is an opportunity for the right person to not only drive meaningful personal sales, but also help shape sales strategy, strengthen client relationships, support team performance, and play a direct role in the future growth of the brand.

ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership
- Drive and grow overall jewelry sales
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead by example in closing sales and delivering a luxury customer experience
- Support and mentor other sales team members
- Help increase average transaction value and closing percentage
Client Development & Retention
- Build long-term relationships with top clients
- Follow up consistently with past clients and active opportunities
- Strengthen repeat business and referral generation
- Help develop stronger clienteling and follow-up systems
Sales Strategy & Growth
- Help develop and refine sales strategies
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and conversion
- Assist in pricing strategy and positioning of merchandise
- Support organization of open quotes, active opportunities, and pending sales
Inventory & Product Alignment
- Collaborate on identifying style trends for inventory direction and product mix
- Help identify fast-moving vs. slow-moving items
- Assist in positioning high-value pieces and collections
- Provide feedback on product categories, price points, and styles that resonate with clients
- Support strategic selling of aged or underperforming inventory
Custom Sales & Special Orders
- Help guide custom projects and special orders from inquiry to close
- Support communication and follow-through on high-value custom opportunities
- Help ensure clients receive a smooth and elevated experience throughout the custom sales process
Sales Team Leadership
- Help oversee daily sales team performance and maintain strong follow-through on client opportunities
- Assist in setting expectations and accountability for sales support and customer service standards
- Support consistency in communication, responsiveness, and professionalism across the sales team
- Help identify strengths and areas for improvement within the team
Client Experience
- Help maintain a high-end, consistent, luxury experience in-store
- Ensure strong presentation, professionalism, and service standards
- Assist in refining how clients move through the sales process
- Help ensure the showroom environment supports strong selling and client comfort
Events & Business Development
- Participate in events, networking, and relationship-building
- Support initiatives that drive new client acquisition
- Help strengthen partnerships and referral sources
- Collaborate on events, promotions, and outreach designed to drive traffic and sales
- Identify and engage important networking opportunities for high-value clients
- Help convert event and networking opportunities into long-term client relationships
Qualifications
- Proven success in luxury retail, fine jewelry, or high-end relationship-based sales
- Strong sales and closing ability
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Strong customer relationship and clienteling skills
- Comfortable working with high-value clients and high-ticket sales
- Strong professionalism, presentation, and personal accountability
- Ability to lead by example and support team performance
- Experience with custom sales, diamonds, gemstones, or fine jewelry is strongly preferred
Preferred Experience
- Fine jewelry sales
- Luxury retail sales
- Custom jewelry or bridal sales
- CRM / client follow-up systems
- Event participation and relationship-based selling
- Team leadership or sales mentorship experience
Compensation Structure
- $52,000 salary
- 6% commission on personal jewelry sales and repairs
- 3% commission on sales generated by team members under your management
- 3% commission on assisted sales
- 6% commission on profit for natural diamonds and gemstones 0.60ct and larger
- Uncapped year-end bonus structure based on performance
Schedule
- Tuesday–Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Additional time outside the showroom may be required for follow-up, client development, networking, and business growth efforts
