What You’ll Do
- Respond quickly to emergency situations (water, fire, mold, etc.)
- Perform hands-on restoration work, including water extraction, demolition, and set up of drying or specialty equipment
- Load, inventory, and maintain vehicles, tools, and materials for each job
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers — providing updates and reassurance during difficult times
- Follow safety procedures and maintain job site organization
- Deliver top-quality work and take pride in getting the job done right

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Previous experience in restoration, construction, or related trades preferred
- IICRC certification a plus (training opportunities available!)
Physical Demands & Competencies
- Lift 50 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 100 lbs (with help)
- Comfortable working on ladders, at heights, or in tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces)
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry heavy materials repeatedly
- Comfortable working with and around cleaning agents and restoration materials
