Duties
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service flow during all shifts in a quick service and fast food restaurant environment
- Manage POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and reconciliation
- Supervise food preparation, serving, and overall food management to uphold quality standards and compliance with health regulations
- Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate ordering to minimize waste while meeting customer demands
- Oversee shift management, assigning duties, and ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours
- Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to build a skilled, motivated team aligned with our hospitality goals
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management roles within casual dining or quick service environments
- Strong background in supervising teams, with excellent leadership and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with POS systems and proficiency in cash handling and financial reconciliation
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and health regulations applicable to the food industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and cost control measures effectively
- Experience with staff training, development, and performance evaluation in hospitality settings
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, culinary processes, and food production is highly desirable
