Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of field marketing contractors to achieve campaign goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Plan, organize, and execute on-site events, public presentations, and community outreach activities to promote brand awareness.
• Manage event logistics, including setup, coordination with vendors, and ensuring all promotional materials are effectively utilized.
• Utilize social media platforms to amplify event reach, share real-time updates, and engage with the local audience.
• Build lasting customer relationships through face-to-face communication, product demonstrations, and personalized service.
• Optimize product pages and promotional displays at events to maximize visibility and customer interest.
• Track campaign performance metrics, prepare reports on outreach activities, and suggest improvements for future initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event marketing, face-to-face communication, or community outreach roles.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward common objectives.
• Excellent presentation skills with experience using presentation software for public speaking engagements.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing purposes and audience engagement.
• Knowledge of B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies and client communication techniques.
• Technical proficiency in productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools for planning and reporting.
• Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on public speaking and customer service excellence.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in sales or marketing project management is a plus but not required.
