Role Overview:
As the Email Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our email marketing and audience segmentation program to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. This position reports to the Director of Retention and will work closely with the marketing and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement targeted and personalized email campaigns, including promotional offers, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Audit, plan and implement targeted email flow automations to capture optimal customer retention, upgrade to subscription and other behavioral based email flows.
- Manage the end-to-end process of email campaign execution by collaborating with the marketing and design teams to develop creative assets that resonate with our target audience.
- Utilize customer data and segmentation strategies to create targeted and relevant email campaigns.
- Implement A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and increase engagement.
- Monitor and analyze key email marketing KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Implement continuous testing and optimization strategies to enhance overall email program performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in email marketing in the CPG e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of managing successful Klaviyo email campaigns and email flows.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, behavior, and journey mapping.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- CBD experience is not required but will be strongly preferred.
