What You'll Be Doing Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Coordinate plant maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues. Monitor inventory levels and manage material replenishment. Support and develop team members through coaching and training. Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with operational goals. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a production environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and quality. Work Environment This role operates in a fast-paced, outdoor industrial setting with exposure to varying weather conditions, heavy machinery, and construction materials.
