Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Senior HVAC Technician to for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems. In this vital role, you will leverage your extensive field service experience to ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment across diverse property types. Your expertise in HVAC design, schematics, and electronical Troubleshooting, will drive efficiency and safety in all projects. Duties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical systems using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC units including air conditioning systems, refrigeration units, and other mechanical equipment.
- Read and interpret technical schematics and HVAC design plans to execute projects accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct field service visits to property sites for routine maintenance or urgent repairs on HVAC/R equipment.
- Weld, fabricate, or modify components as needed to ensure system integrity and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs for all work performed; communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project status.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards while providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a service technician with a strong background in Air Conditioning system diagnosis.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems—including air conditioning, refrigeration Both commercially and industrial, some chiller experience with mechanical expertise.
- Ability to read schematics, and HVAC design plans accurately.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters; skilled in equipment repair and troubleshooting techniques.
- Mechanical knowledge of welding techniques and familiarity with field service operations across diverse property types.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- ASHRAE, NATE and State Certifications or experience related to HVAC/R systems; additional skills in welding or boiler maintenance are advantageous.

Pay: $27.92 - $39.00 per hour
