Electric Field Supervisor

Corley Plumbing Air Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. The Field Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing a performance-driven electrical service team committed to providing 5-star service while exceeding company goals.

This position will serve as a leader, motivator, trainer, and performance driver, inspiring technicians to provide exceptional customer service while driving lead conversion, client satisfaction, and overall department performance.

The Field Supervisor will also play an important role in hiring and developing staff, establishing and maintaining performance standards, monitoring production, analyzing results, and building product and service knowledge across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support to technicians to ensure high-quality service.
• Lead, direct, and motivate the electrical service department to reach its full potential.
• Develop team members through ongoing coaching, feedback, and leadership.
• Provide ongoing technical and safety training to maintain high standards of workmanship and promote a safe working environment.
• Ensure technicians have the tools, equipment, resources, and manpower necessary to perform at their highest level.
• Manage and guide service technicians while maintaining close communication with Call Center, Lead Coordination, and Dispatch teams.
• Provide service and sales performance support through ride-alongs, site visits, coaching calls, and one-on-one development.
• Promote enthusiasm, accountability, and team engagement through daily huddles, team meetings, and one-on-ones.
• Assist with annual budgeting, expense management, and achieving or exceeding department goals.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet customer demand and seasonal fluctuations.
• Oversee customer issue resolution, including site visits, repair oversight, and follow-up.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed to maintain efficient department operations.

What You Bring to the Table

• 5 years of residential electrical service experience preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience as an electrician preferred.
• Strong communication skills with an outgoing, self-motivated, and team-oriented approach.
• Computer and estimating skills.
• Proven ability to effectively lead and manage team members.
• Willingness to learn and stay current on industry standards, products, and company services.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to coach technicians on building lasting customer relationships and resolving concerns professionally.
• Ability and willingness to perform administrative responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of applicable industry regulations, codes, restrictions, and laws.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with customers.
• Ability to regularly audit projects to ensure company standards are met and work is completed correctly, efficiently, and thoroughly.
• Ability to oversee team members performing inspections, preparing reports, installations, and repairs, while stepping in when necessary to ensure quality workmanship.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $60,000–$85,000 , depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
