About BGG
BGG is a creative video and strategy agency built around clarity, craft, and execution. We partner with brands that care about quality, process, and people. Our work spans video production, brand systems, UX, and strategy, and we operate with the belief that great creative only happens when strong systems are in place.
This role sits at the center of those systems.
The Role
We are looking for a Producer who thinks like a project manager.
This is not a creative director role and not a personal assistant role. It is a hands-on production and operations position for someone who wants to understand how a modern creative agency actually runs.
You will be involved in the creative process, but your primary responsibility is making sure work moves cleanly from idea to delivery. You are the connective tissue between directors, clients, crews, schedules, and documentation.
You are detail-obsessed, calm under pressure, and comfortable speaking up early when something feels off.
What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days
You understand BGG’s internal systems, workflows, and expectationsYou are actively supporting multiple projects through to successful deliveryDirectors are not chasing logistics, paperwork, or schedulesProjects feel organized, even when timelines are tightYou have a point of view on how things could run better and are comfortable sharing itYou are not expected to lead the agency. You are expected to participate fully, own your lane, and help raise the floor.Responsibilities

Growth Path
This role is designed to grow.
If you are strong, you can evolve into an operations lead at BGG, with a hybrid path that expands alongside the agency. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to build real experience, not just collect credits.
Working at BGG
You will work directly with the founders.
This role offers mentorship and access to a knowledge base built on over four decades of in-house, production, and agency experience, including work with some of the largest companies in the world. This is not passive mentorship. You will learn by doing.
