Position Overview
Technicians, reporting to a Service Manager or Field Supervisor, provide essential pest control services. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, legally eligible to work in the U.S., have a clean DMV report, and pass a physical, drug screening, and background check. A structural pest control license must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Specialty Technicians bridge our company and clients through outstanding customer service. They travel to appointments, assess pest issues, and implement specialized treatment plans. Technicians recommend actions to prevent future problems, building long-term relationships with customers while protecting their homes and businesses.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Industry licensing
Availability for at least 40 hours a week, including some weekends
High school diploma or equivalent
Obtain a pest control license within 90 days of hire

- Establish effective working relationships with customers and co-workers
- Effectively communicate with customers and coworkers in the office, verbally and in writing, as needed
- Read, understand, and follow labels and SDS forms for hazardous chemicals used during service
- Work independently and maintaining your route
- Drive a company vehicle safely to customer's homes and businesses
- Use a handheld device to manage services and document structural, sanitation, and pest issues
- Follow all proper safety guidelines
- Inspect, maintain, and utilize PPE (personal protective equipment)
- Maintain working order and cleanliness of assigned company vehicle
- Remain up to date on the company's product and service offerings
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Branch 2 Field Representatives start at $22.00 to $23.00 per hour.
Schedule
40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5 PM, with optional Saturday work.
